A safer introduction: pilot AI on one or two recurring project types where you can compare AI-assisted output against your standard output before delivery. Track post-delivery revision requests, client feedback, and your own assessment of the output against the source. If quality holds, expand to more project types. If it doesn't, the problem is usually either an AI model that doesn't perform well in your domain or a workflow where the AI draft requires so much correction that the time saving disappears.
Building a strong glossary before switching to AI-assisted workflows makes a measurable difference. AI models that have reliable terminology to draw on produce first drafts that need less correction than models working from general language patterns.
